Simulate the entire TAP block procedure by delivering local anesthetic in the plane between the internal oblique and transversus abdominis muscles; the fluid is automatically expelled for repeated use. The Simulex tissue has self-healing properties, allowing for 1000+ punctures when used with an 18-21 gauge needle, and the insert is easily replaceable.
