Leadership Team

Brian Truesdale joined Elevate Healthcare as President and CEO in May 2024.

Brian most recently served as Group Senior Vice President within Madison Industries’ Filtration Group, where he led the creation of a new membrane filtration business across applications in medical devices, consumer electronics, electric vehicles, and process filtration. He also developed a Center of Excellence dedicated to solving customers' toughest challenges.

Brian has over 25 years of leadership experience in businesses across various industries, including ITW, Marmon Holdings and IDEX Corporation. He is also an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Illinois, where he guides student teams through industry-sponsored capstone projects to complete their engineering education.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he currently serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for the Department of Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering.

Christine Meier, who joined Elevate Healthcare in 2022, is responsible for developing an efficient, adaptable and scalable operational structure to support business growth. She also oversees the delivery of our products and services with a focus on quality and culture.

Prior to joining Elevate Healthcare, Christine spent more than 20 years at GE Healthcare and St. Jude Medical, working in various leadership roles in operations, customer solutions, clinical asset management, field service, commercial operations and service operations. Her career has provided her with experience in healthcare solutions, profit and loss management and operational performance. Before pursuing a career in healthcare, Christine served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force.

Christine earned a bachelor’s degree in architectural studies from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Oklahoma.

Gino Servello serves as the Elevate Healthcare division’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for guiding the company’s finance functions to help achieve business objectives.

Gino has more than 15 years of progressive financial management experience. Prior to joining Elevate Healthcare in 2021, he served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for a division of Smiths Group, where he oversaw financial operational support and bid and proposal activity. His diverse background includes various roles of increasing responsibilities at L3 Technologies, Spirit AeroSystems, Canon USA and TD Bank. His expertise and experience include strategic financial planning, financial forecasting and analysis, bid and proposals, and elevating process efficiencies.

Gino earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University in Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Scott Butler joined Elevate Healthcare in 2021 and was named Vice President of Global Sales in May 2023. Scott is responsible for leading the global sales team, defining and implementing the sales strategy, developing accounts and markets, and achieving revenue targets.

Prior to joining Elevate Healthcare, Scott led a strategic sales team for Cardinal Health focused on supporting products and distribution. He also held many sales leadership roles at GE Healthcare, including Zone Sales Director for ultrasound, Life Care Solutions Regional Manager, Deal Hub Manager and Service Sales Commercial Manager. Scott also served in the United States Army as an air defense artillery officer.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration degree from Thomas More University.

Jillian Edwards joined Elevate Healthcare as the Director of Sales, Custom Industry Solutions in April 2023. In this role, she leads the worldwide Custom Industry Solutions sales organization, working with them to develop and grow the Custom Industry Solutions portfolio.

Prior to Elevate Healthcare, Jillian spent 10 years in sales and leadership roles at GE Healthcare, where she focused on developing high-performing teams, strategically aligning skills to role development, delighting customers and delivering growth through operational effectiveness.

Jillian earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and systems engineering with a minor in business administration, sales engineering and entrepreneurship from the University of Florida’s College of Engineering.

Jennifer Jula joined Elevate Healthcare in 2011. As senior legal counsel, she provides guidance on all corporate legal matters and engages in the company’s overall corporate business strategy.

Jennifer serves as key legal adviser on major business transactions, including licensing agreements, development agreements, partnership agreements and joint ventures. Among other responsibilities, she manages and negotiates contractual matters, creates and monitors standard sales and purchasing terms, and ensures operational compliance with applicable regulations including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, export controls and Federal Acquisition Regulation.

Before joining Elevate Healthcare, Jennifer clerked for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida and for Zimmet, Unice, & Salzman, P.A. She also has served as assistant editor for Revere Legal Publishers.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, specializing in intellectual property law. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology with a mathematics minor from the University of Florida.

Karl Harik joined Elevate Healthcare in March 2001 as a Human Resources Business Partner and was named Healthcare’s Director of Human Resources thanks to his leadership qualities. Today, he provides Human Resources stewardship in the U.S., Canada and Asia-Pacific region, overseeing all HR functions, including guiding the strategies and practices that attract, develop and retain the most qualified professionals who will shape the company’s culture and contribute to Elevate Healthcare’s success.

Karl is a highly energetic and business-oriented leader with an extensive history in the aviation and healthcare simulation industries. His interests include people engagement, corporate culture, sales training and optimization, and business integration.

Karl earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a master’s degree in management: analysis and development of organizations from the University of Montreal.
