Suzanne Kozlovsky joined Elevate Healthcare as Chief Human Resources Officer in June 2026. She leads the company’s people and culture strategy, strengthening leadership, talent, and organizational capability as Elevate advances its mission to make the world safer, healthier, and more productive.
With more than 20 years of global HR leadership experience, Suzanne serves as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders navigating growth and transformation. Her approach centers on strengthening leadership teams and aligning people practices and organizational design with business priorities.
Prior to joining Elevate, Suzanne served as Global Head of People at Bel Fuse, where she transformed people operations and built the systems and leadership depth needed to support enterprise-wide growth.
Suzanne earned a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish from St. Norbert College and an Executive Scholar Certificate in Leadership from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She holds GPHR, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP certifications.
