Our Approach
Responsible Supply Chain Management
Our supplier requirements include anti-slavery provisions, protections against forced and child labor, reporting obligations, audit and information rights, and requirements to flow applicable terms to subcontractors.
Due Diligence & Risk Management
We conduct supplier onboarding and screening processes and retain the right to audit high-risk suppliers. Our current assessment identifies overall modern slavery risk as low, with our suppliers primarily located in the United States and Canada.
Policies & Employee Training
Our approach is supported by company policies covering supplier requirements, business ethics, anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, and open communication. Employees also receive regular compliance-related training and e-learning.
