Irma Casella serves as Vice President and General Manager of Lifecycle Management at Elevate Healthcare, bringing nearly 30 years of experience with the organization and its legacy businesses.
She has extensive experience in simulation across both aviation and healthcare. She began her career in aviation simulation before transitioning into healthcare simulation. Prior to her current role, she served as Global Senior Manager of Customer Excellence & Product Training.
Irma has more than 25 years of leadership experience, with a focus on customer relationships, operational excellence, and product training. She is known for building strong partnerships and serving as a trusted problem solver.
She has pursued postsecondary studies in Business Analytics, earning a certificate from McGill University, as well as a Diploma of Professional Studies in Business Management and a Women in Leadership certificate from the American Management Association.
