Driving Outcomes in Moments That Matter
When every decision can shape the outcome, preparation must be intentional, practical, and guided by experience.
In partnership with Sarasota County Fire Department, Elevate Healthcare recently led a high-impact mass casualty exercise designed to help EMS and public safety teams prepare for complex, high-pressure situations. The exercise combined high-fidelity simulators, standardized patients, real-world rescue tools, and advanced moulage.
Through Elevate’s Achieve Consulting Program, participants strengthened critical skills including clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, role clarity, and confidence under pressure.

If you’ve ever called in for support, there’s a good chance you’ve heard Gerald Martin on the other end of the line. Known for his calm, patient approach, and genuine care for every customer he helps, Gerald has been a steady and trusted voice on our team.
Behind that voice is a remarkable career spanning more than 40 years across military aviation, simulation systems, and healthcare technology. He’s brought that depth of experience into every interaction, making even the most complex issues feel manageable and approachable.
What truly sets Gerald apart is his compassion. He takes the time to listen, to understand, and to make sure every customer feels confident before the call ends. Whether he’s guiding someone through a difficult issue or supporting a teammate, Gerald shows up with professionalism, kindness, and a willingness to help.
As Gerald prepares to retire this August, we want to thank him for his years of service, his dedication, and the countless people he’s helped along the way. In retirement, he’s looking forward to spending more time with family and enjoying the outdoors—well-earned after a career defined by hard work and service to others.
