Vince Montalbano serves as Vice President of Innovation and Technology at Elevate Healthcare, where he leads the organization’s innovation strategy, technology initiatives, and product development efforts.
Prior to joining Elevate, Vince spent more than 15 years leading product and engineering transformations across financial services, energy, and media. He previously served as a Partner at Boston Consulting Group’s innovation and build division, BCG X, where he held multiple CTO and product leadership roles.
He has experience founding and scaling digital businesses, launching enterprise platforms, and leading large-scale operational transformations. His work includes building products from inception through acquisition, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
Vince earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from the University of Notre Dame.
