Tom Pesch serves as Chief Financial Officer of Elevate Healthcare, where he oversees accounting, finance, and IT.
Prior to joining Elevate, Tom served as President of Accu-Glass LLC, a St. Louis–based manufacturer of precision glass products for the medical and pharmaceutical industries. In this role, he led the development of patented technologies in blood collection and plasma donation.
Tom has also held a variety of financial leadership roles within Madison Industries, including Divisional CFO and Manager of Corporate Development and Strategy. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at AlixPartners, specializing in turnarounds and restructurings, and an auditor at Deloitte.
Tom earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
