Nikhil Tamhane serves as Vice President & General Manager of Patient Simulators at Elevate Healthcare, where he is focused on building a mission- and culture-led organization dedicated to transforming healthcare education through simulation-based solutions that improve patient outcomes.
Prior to joining Elevate, Nikhil served as President of Clear Edge Filtration (Filtration Group), where he led a global team supporting customers in mining and chemical extraction through advanced material science solutions. Since joining Filtration Group in 2017, he also held leadership roles in plant operations for the HVAC business.
Earlier in his career, Nikhil was Vice President & General Manager at Thermasys Tubing, a private equity-backed company providing heat transfer solutions to global HVAC markets. He led business transformation initiatives and built a high-performing leadership team focused on growth. He also held progressive leadership roles at API Heat Transfer / Thermasys Corporation and began his career at Kay Manufacturing, a Chicago-based automotive supplier.
Nikhil earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University and a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
